Manufacture and sale of GVCN Series

The GVCN or the Global VCN is a cylinder that was created as an evolution of the RVCN, VCR and VXP. It was developed to improve the specificities of RVCN by increasing the fixations holes diameters, the axis distance of the fixations and the key groove size which will allow a better stability of the cylinder.

In order to maintain a certain level of standardization for our customers, the rod end thread from fine pitch in the RVCN is also changed to a standard pitch in the GVCN.

APPLICATION:

The GVCN can be used in every application where a well guide movement, speed and stress resistance are needed. For example the ejection plates in the mold industry.

USE:

• First, the cylinder should be connected to the mold with 4 screws. (The cylinder has direct ports, it need oil port seals supplied with the cylinder.)
• The mold should be prepared with an internal circuit that should be connected to a hydraulic unit.
• The hydraulic unit will flow pressurized oil to the mold circuit in one direction towards one of the cylinder oil ports, and the rod will come out.
• To pull back the rod, the Hydraulic unit needs to pressurized oil flow to the second circuit in the mold that is connected to the other cylinder oil port and like this the oil push back the rod.
